🚚 Order Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–6 business days.
This is the time it takes for us to verify, pack, and dispatch your order. Please note this does not include weekends or public holidays.

During high-volume periods (such as product launches or seasonal sales), processing may take the full 6 days.

📬 Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically takes:

  • 5–10 business days for standard shipping within the UK

Shipping is handled via our trusted logistics partners, and all orders come with tracking so you can follow your package every step of the way.

⏱ Estimated Total Time from Order to Delivery

From the moment you place your order to when it arrives at your door, the estimated total timeframe is 10–15 business days.

We always aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible — but please allow for this full window before contacting support about delivery.

💸 Shipping Costs

We offer Free UK Shipping on orders over £50.
Orders under £50 will be charged a small standard shipping fee, calculated at checkout.

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We’re working on expanding our regions soon.

❗Shipping Delays

While we do everything we can to meet the timeframes above, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. courier issues, local disruptions (China & UK), or high seasonal volume). If your order is significantly delayed, our support team will be happy to assist.

🔍 Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number and link to follow your parcel.

If you haven’t received a tracking email within 7 days of your purchase, please check your spam folder or reach out to our team.
